- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns (Ore-Ida)
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

2Potatoes should be defrosted.

3Drop in boiling water for 3 or 4 minutes.

4Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

5Cover with 2 cups crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted margarine before baking.
