  • 1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cans Cream of Potato soup
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 C. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Place in 9 x 12 dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
