  • 2 (1 lb) packages frozen hash brown potatoes, unthawed
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 12 cups sour cream
  • 3 cups packed grated sharp cheddar cheese (approx. 12 oz)
  • 1 cup green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • paprika

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350F Saute the green onions in butter for several minutes.

    Combine the all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for the paprika.
  3. 3
    Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish and spread evenly.

    Sprinkle the dish with paprika then bake until top is slightly golden, 65 - 75 minutes.
