  • 2 lb. hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Combine thawed potatoes with melted margarine, onion, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper.

    Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 1 hour.
