  • 1 pound extra lean ground round or chuck
  • 3 cups fresh mushroom sliced
  • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4t dried thyme leaves
  • 3T low carb ketchup
  • 1 jar (12 ounces) fat free beef gravy

In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped mushrooms, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg whites, skim milk, thyme, and 1T of the ketchup.","2":"Mix together very well.
