  • 3 c. frozen, loose-pack, shredded hash browns, thawed and pressed dry
  • 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c. diced, fully cooked ham
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Press the hash browns into the bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
