- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
- 1 c. sharp American cheese, shredded
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
Directions

1In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine potatoes, cheese and onion.

2Dissolve bouillon cube in 1/2 cup of boiling water.

3Pour over potato mixture.

4Dot with 1 tablespoon margarine.

5Bake, covered, in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done, stirring gently once or twice.

6If desired, top with triangles of cheese and bake until cheese melts.

7Serves 6.
