  • 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, partially thaw
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 2 melted cubes butter
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.

    Put into large casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.
