- 1 (30 ounce) bag frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
- 12 cup butter (softened)
- 12 cup vidalia onion (chopped)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 16 ounces nonfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Mix all ingredients, except hash browns, in a large bowl.

3Add hash browns to mixture and stir well.

4Place in a large baking dish.

5Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until slightly brown.
