  • 1 (30 ounce) bag frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
  • 12 cup butter (softened)
  • 12 cup vidalia onion (chopped)
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounces nonfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients, except hash browns, in a large bowl.

    Add hash browns to mixture and stir well.

    Place in a large baking dish.
