- 2 cans (1 lb. size) corned beef hash
- 2 small onions
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- dash of pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In medium casserole or baking dish, put hash.

3Chop onions fine and stir in with hash, then level off the top.

4Mix sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Pile in center of hash and sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake 25 minutes.

6Serves 4.
