- 1/2 lb cooked ground beef
- 2 cup sharp cheddar
- 1 1/2 lb frozen shredded hashbrown
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped vidalia onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F

2Use non stick pan, spray with non stick spray if needed.

3Combine margarine, soup, salt, pepper, onions, and cheese.

4Mix well

5Pour potatoes into baking pan.

6Pour mixture on top of potatoes.

7Let set for 5 minutes.

8Sprinkle beef on top evenly.

9Baked uncovered for 35 minutes uncovered.
