  • 1/2 lb cooked ground beef
  • 2 cup sharp cheddar
  • 1 1/2 lb frozen shredded hashbrown
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped vidalia onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup margarine

    Preheat oven to 350F

    Use non stick pan, spray with non stick spray if needed.

    Combine margarine, soup, salt, pepper, onions, and cheese.

    Mix well

    Pour potatoes into baking pan.

    Pour mixture on top of potatoes.

    Let set for 5 minutes.

    Sprinkle beef on top evenly.

    Baked uncovered for 35 minutes uncovered.
