  • 8 small baking potatoes
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar or Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs

Directions

    Slice the potatoes 1/8-inch intervals, 3/4 through (like a fan).

    Place each potato on foil and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with salt, onion salt and paprika.

    Seal foil.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Combine cheese and bread crumbs.

    Sprinkle and bake 15 minutes more with foil open.
