- 4 eggs
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1 whole Hawaiian bread loaf
- 2 golden apples, peeled and sliced thin
Directions

1Beat eggs, cream, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.

2Set aside. Peel top off of bread.

3Place on bottom of dish.

4Cut bread into cubes.

5Toast in oven about five minutes.

6Place bread on top of crust.

7Sprinkle raisins and apples.

8Continue to layer until finished.

9Pour mixture on top and bake until golden brown.
