Hawaiian Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. raisins
  • 1 whole Hawaiian bread loaf
  • 2 golden apples, peeled and sliced thin

Directions

    Beat eggs, cream, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.

    Set aside. Peel top off of bread.

    Place on bottom of dish.

    Cut bread into cubes.

    Toast in oven about five minutes.

    Place bread on top of crust.

    Sprinkle raisins and apples.

    Continue to layer until finished.

    Pour mixture on top and bake until golden brown.
