  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 3 chopped bananas
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stirring with a spoon (not mixer) until dry ingredients are moist. Bake in 3 floured 9-inch cake pans.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove and cool before frosting.

    (May use a 9 x 13-inch pan and frost; leave in pan.)
