  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar.

    Add eggs and beat well.

    Add crumbs and milk and beat until smooth.

    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Then fold in coconut, pineapple and nuts.

    Pour into an oblong pan (one that has been coated with oil) and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
