- 18 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 8 oz. can chunk pineapple
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. ginger
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together for marinade.

2Place chicken pieces in single layer in shallow baking pan (12 to 15 pieces). Pour marinade over chicken.

3Marinate 4 to 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

4Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

5Turn once and baste with sauce.

6Serve sauce over rice.

7Serves 6 to 8.
