  • 1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken, skinned

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except chicken, to make marinade. Place chicken and marinade in shallow pan.

    Refrigerate for 4 hours.

    Remove chicken and brown under broiler.

    Return chicken to pan with marinade.

    Bake uncovered at 325° for 1/2 hour.
