- 1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks
- 2 c. cubed ham
- 2 1/2 c. frozen peas
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. lite soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 c. juice from canned pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (optional)*
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in an electric skillet or wok.

2Stir in garlic powder, soy sauce, brown sugar and orange juice.

3Drain juice from canned pineapple and measure out 1 cup.

4Add to skillet.

5Heat until simmering, then add ham, pineapple and peas. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently.

6Serve alone or over rice.
