- 1 (12 1/4 oz.) jar caramel topping
- 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1 (10 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Directions

1Finely crush vanilla wafers. Add melted butter. Press into 9 x 13-inch baking pan or casserole. Top with chocolate chips and pecans. Drizzle with caramel topping. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Chill and slice.
