  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. coconut, grated

Directions

    Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, pineapple and juice, nuts and coconut by hand and spread in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Ice with cream cheese frosting.
