  • 3 lb. ribs
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. flour (mix with sugar)
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Put ribs in large pan.

    Mix all and pour over ribs.

    Bake 1 hour, covered, at 350°, then 1 hour uncovered at 300°.

    Baste often last hour.
