Hawaiian Style Eggs

- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 slices ham, 1 inch thick
- 1 pineapple, skinned, sliced and diced
- 3 bananas, skinned and quartered
- 4 tablespoons honey or 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 6 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Chop ham slices into three pieces each. Melt the butter in large skillet. Add ham.

2Fry until brown on both sides and remove from skillet. Keep warm on platter.

3Put pineapple and bananas in skillet with the honey or brown sugar. Fry until they are barely soft, not mushy.

4Remove fruit to the warm platter. Scramble the eggs in the skillet. Serve platter along with eggs so each guest gets a little of each item.
