- 1 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 lb. hamburger
Directions

1Brown hamburger in a large skillet; add onion and 1 cube of garlic while meat is browning.

2When brown, add 1 cup soy sauce; let simmer for 5 minutes.

3Add carrots, celery, garlic and 1/2 cup soy sauce.

4Cook until almost done but still have a little crunch. Serve 2 cups cooked rice.
