- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. oats
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. unsifted flour
- 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In medium saucepan melt 6 tablespoons margarine.

3Stir in oats, sugar, flour and baking soda.

4Press firmly on bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

5Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
