- 2 1/2 (17 oz.) cans unpeeled apricot halves
- light brown sugar
- 2 stacks Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
Directions

1Drain and cut apricots into fourths.

2In a greased 2-quart casserole dish, put a layer of apricots.

3Cover with brown sugar, then a layer of the crumbled crackers and dot thickly with lumps of margarine.

4Repeat layers.

5Bake slowly in a 300° oven for approximately 1 hour.

6It should be thick and crusty on top. Serves 10.
