- 1 lb. hamburg
- 4 to 5 potatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 4 to 5 carrots, cubed
- 4 to 5 onions, sliced
- 1 can mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown hamburg in skillet.

2Place in bottom of casserole. Place a layer of sliced onions, carrots and potatoes on top of hamburg.

3Empty undiluted mushroom soup and tomato soup on top layer.

4Do not stir.

5Bake at 300° for 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
