  • 8 whole large carrots, cooked
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Directions

    Mash cooked carrots.

    Add chopped celery, onions, mustard and mayonnaise.

    Mix well.

    Put in baking dish and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.

    Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 1 hour.
