- 8 whole large carrots, cooked
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Mash cooked carrots.

2Add chopped celery, onions, mustard and mayonnaise.

3Mix well.

4Put in baking dish and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.

5Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 1 hour.
