- 2 packs pig feet

1Cook snoots and ears together, adding salt, black pepper, red pepper and sage.

2After meat is cooked, separate from bones.

3Put in food processor or mix by hand until meat is fine, adding more seasoning according to taste.

4Add vinegar according to taste.

5Mix all together and heat through.

6Put in container and refrigerate. Next day, cut in serving pieces.
