  • 2 large Bermuda onions
  • 7 to 8 average size green peppers, diced
  • 5 to 6 average size cucumbers
  • 2 celery stalks, cut small
  • 2 lb. carrots, sliced thin
  • 4 oz. white vinegar
  • 8 oz. Italian dressing

Directions

    Mix sugar and vinegar together and pour over sliced vegetables.

    Add 8 ounces Italian dressing to mix.

    Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

    Makes about 4 quarts.
