- 2 large Bermuda onions
- 7 to 8 average size green peppers, diced
- 5 to 6 average size cucumbers
- 2 celery stalks, cut small
- 2 lb. carrots, sliced thin
- 4 oz. white vinegar
- 8 oz. Italian dressing
Directions

1Mix sugar and vinegar together and pour over sliced vegetables.

2Add 8 ounces Italian dressing to mix.

3Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
