  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 5 frozen peach slices
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp flax seeds
  • 4 cup simply apple (apple juice)
