  • 250 grams Grounded Chicken
  • 75 grams Carrot
  • 100 grams Oats
  • 2 Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Shallot
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 1/2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Totole (or any natural seasoning)
  • 25 grams Bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Corn Oil

    Finely chop carrot, garlic, shallot, and spring onion

    Mix the mixture with the remaining ingredients (except oil and breadcrumbs)

    Divide the mixture into twenty pieces and shape it as you love it

    Roll each nuggets into the breadcrumbs until it is well covered

    Put the nuggets into refrigerator for at least 2 hours

    Heat oil and fry the nuggets
