  • 3/4 c. canola oil
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon (rounded)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. Quaker oats cereal
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Beat oil and sugars until blended. Add eggs and vanilla.

    Beat well.

    Add combined flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.

    Mix well.

    Stir in combined oats and raisins. Mix well.

    Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

    Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet.

    Remove to rack.
