- 3/4 c. canola oil
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (rounded)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. Quaker oats cereal
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2Beat oil and sugars until blended. Add eggs and vanilla.

3Beat well.

4Add combined flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.

5Mix well.

6Stir in combined oats and raisins. Mix well.

7Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

8Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet.

9Remove to rack.
