- 200 grams Fresh okara
- 100 grams Tofu
- 3 tbsp Katakuriko
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dashida, or powdered (chicken) soup stock
- 1 tsp Grated garlic
Directions

1Put all ingredients into a bowl (or a food processor).

2Fold everything with a wooden spatula.

3Mix until the mixture becomes soft and smooth.

4Shape it into a nugget-shape.

5Deep-fry until they turn golden brown.

6Done.

7These nuggets are already flavored without any sauce, but you can also serve them with ketchup or mayonnaise if you'd like.
