- 1 packages Bird's Eye Steamfresh Protein Blends: California Blend
- 1 packages 90 Second Brown Rice
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained and rinsed
- 4 tbsp pinenuts
Directions

1Prepare brown rice in the microwave as directed at n package.

2Split between two large rice bowls or salad bowls.

3Top each bowl of brown rice with 1/2 cup of pineapple tidbits (rinsed and drained)

4Prepare Protein Blend in microwave as directed on package.

5Divide and add half on top of each rice bowl.

6If desired reheat each bowl for 20 seconds in microwave to heat through.

7Sprinkle pinenuts on top of each bowl.
