Healthy Quick Rice Bowl

  • 1 packages Bird's Eye Steamfresh Protein Blends: California Blend
  • 1 packages 90 Second Brown Rice
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained and rinsed
  • 4 tbsp pinenuts

Directions

    Prepare brown rice in the microwave as directed at n package.

    Split between two large rice bowls or salad bowls.

    Top each bowl of brown rice with 1/2 cup of pineapple tidbits (rinsed and drained)

    Prepare Protein Blend in microwave as directed on package.
  5. 5
    Divide and add half on top of each rice bowl.

    If desired reheat each bowl for 20 seconds in microwave to heat through.

    Sprinkle pinenuts on top of each bowl.
