- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 egg whites
- 2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients well.

2Add slightly beaten egg whites, canola oil and buttermilk.

3Mix until smooth.

4Pour into hot canola oil-coated cast iron skillet.

5Bake in a 450° oven for 20 minutes to a golden brown.
