- 1 angel food cake, baked
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, raspberries or 16 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 envelope plain gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 c. low-fat yogurt (pineapple, strawberry or raspberry)
Directions

1Soak gelatin in cold water.

2Drain fruit well.

3Reserve 3/4 cup fruit juice, adding water if necessary.

4Heat juice.

5Stir in the gelatin until dissolved, then add the fruit.

6Chill.

7When gelatin mixture begins to thicken, fold in the yogurt.

8Split the angel food cake horizontally in thirds and fill each layer with fruit as you re-stack cake.

9Frost with Smooth N' Creamy Frosting.
