- 1/2 lb. butter or margarine (room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 loaves sourdough pull-aparts
- Swiss cheese slices (about 1 lb.)
- 1/2 lb. bacon strips, cut in half and partially cooked
Directions

1Cream together butter, poppy seed and mustard.

2Butter between sourdough slices; save some butter for outside of bread.

3Put a Swiss cheese slice between each.

4Use remaining butter and put 1/2 strip bacon on top of each slice.

5Place on foil but keep top open.

6Put foil on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.

7Pull apart to serve.
