- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 whole Onions, Chopped
- 6 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- 6 ounces, weight Tomato Paste
- 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 3 pounds Ground Beef
- 6 cups Tomatoes, Diced
- 12 ounces, fluid Guinness Beer
- 2 cans (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Kidney Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 dash Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cups Shredded Cheese
Directions

1In a large pot, add olive oil and allow to heat up. Add onions, garlic and a little salt and pepper. Saute until onions are softened, about 3-5 minutes.

2Add tomato paste, chili powder and cinnamon. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes until mixture starts to brown. Add ground beef and cook until meat is done; don't overcook.

3Add tomatoes, Guinness and kidney beans. Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer. Add more salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

4Season with a dash of hot sauce and sprinkle with shredded cheese before serving.
