Ingredients
- 2 lb. salmon steaks (3/4-inch thick)
- 2/3 c. thin sliced onion
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- lemon slices for garnish
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Lightly grease baking pan.

3Place fish on bed of onions in prepared pan.

4Combine mushrooms, tomatoes, green pepper and parsley.

5Spread mixture over fish.

6Combine wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper; pour over vegetables and fish. Cover pan with foil.

7Bake for 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.

8Serve with lemon slices.
