Ingredients: 1 lb. stew size beef pieces; 1/2 lb. Italian hot sausage; 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage; 1 c. diced potatoes; 1 c. diced carrots; 1/2 c. peas; 1 c. cabbage; 1/2 c. corn; 1/2 c. green beans; 1/2 c. onion; 2 or 3 tomatoes or 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste; 1/2 tsp. salt; Italian seasoning

1 lb. stew size beef pieces
1/2 lb. Italian hot sausage
1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. peas
1 c. cabbage
1/2 c. corn
1/2 c. green beans
1/2 c. onion
2 or 3 tomatoes or 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
Italian seasoning

Directions

Brown beef with salt and onion.

Brown and drain sausage.

Add 2 cups water to the meat and cook vegetables in same pan.

Add seasoning as desired.

Add tomatoes and more water as needed. Substitute macaroni for potatoes, if desired.
