Heath Bar Cake

  • 1 German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (20 oz.) jar caramel topping (ice cream topping)
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 6 Heath candy bars

Directions

    Mix and bake cake as directed.

    When cake comes out of oven, while warm, punch holes in cake (I use the end of a wooden spoon), about 1 1/2-inches apart.

    Pour caramel topping over cake, making sure to fill holes.

    Pour canned Eagle Brand sweetened milk all over top of cake.

    Let this cool COMPLETELY.

    When cake is completely cooled, spread Cool Whip on evenly just as you would frosting.

    Top this with crushed Heath bars.

    Refrigerate. Yuuuuuuuuuuuuum Good.
