- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 T. cumin
- 1 T. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 T liquid smoke
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 chipotles,chopped plus 2 tsp ancho sauce
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes with garlic
- water, as needed
Directions

1Brown ground beef with cumin

2cayenne pepper, ground mustard

3sea salt, ground pepper and paprika.

4Add all other ingredients and bring to boil.

5Reduce to simmer and cover.

6Cook 6 hours, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed for desired consistancy.

7Serve with corn bread.
