- 5 to 6 c. carrots
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar (1/2 white, 1/2 brown)
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dill or fennel
Directions

1Slice and cook carrots until tender-crisp.

2Place cooked carrots, pepper slices and onion slices in bowl.

3Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and heat, stirring until well blended.

4Pour over vegetables.

5Marinate overnight.
