- 4 large whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. chipped beef
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Wrap each chicken breast with a strip of bacon.

2Cover the bottom of a flat greased baking dish (about 8 x 12 x 2-inch) with chipped beef.

3Arrange breasts on chipped beef.

4Mix undiluted soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.

5Cover and store in refrigerator overnight, if possible.

6Bake chicken in very slow oven at 275°, uncovered, for 3 hours.
