- 1 lb. milk chocolate
- 30 large marshmallows
- 1 c. pecan halves
Directions

1In small double boiler, set over simmering water or a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate, stirring often until chocolate is smooth and reaches 90°.

2Meanwhile on a baking sheet, arrange 24 of marshmallows in a single layer in blocks of six.

3Cut the remaining marshmallows into eighths.

4Place into the saucepan.

5When chocolate is ready, pour about 1/4 cup, enough to cover over each block.

6White streaks in chocolate mean too hot.

7Stir about 1/2 cup of the melted chocolate into pecans.

8Keep warm.

9Stir marshmallows pieces into remaining chocolate.

10Put pecan mixture over marshmallows.

11Spread on top of marshmallows.

12Let stand until set.

13To serve, break or cut candy into pieces.

14Makes about 1 3/4 pounds of candy.
