  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2-1/2 lb. apples (about 4)
  • 8 oz. fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  • 3/4 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Blend whipped topping and mayonnaise. Core and dice unpeeled apples into 1/2 inch squares. Fold into whipped topping mixture, add coconut and marshmallows. Add 1/2 of drained fruit cocktail, fold together lightly, pour into serving bowl.
