  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. roasted almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 4 Tbsp. grated unsweetened chocolate
  • 24 marshmallows
  • 1 c. cream

    Combine chocolate and sugar.

    Add cream and butter.

    Boil to soft ball stage (234° to 238°).

    Remove from heat.

    Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.

    Beat until mixture begins to thicken.

    Place marshmallows in well buttered dish.

    Pour mixture over marshmallows.

    Cool and cut into squares.

    Serve.
