- 3 c. sliced fresh peaches
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 round angel food cake
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut, thawed
Directions

1Pour sugar over peaches and let sit for 1 hour.

2In a 9 x 13-inch pan, crumble cake; add sweetened fruit and sprinkle half the coconut over this.

3Mix pudding according to directions; add Cool Whip.

4Pour over peaches and coconut.

5Shake pan for pudding to sink through fruit.

6Sprinkle rest of coconut over this. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.

7Serves 12 to 15.
