- 12 chicken wings
- 1/3 c. sesame seed
- 2/3 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 c. half and half
Directions

1Remove and discard wing tips.

2Separate remaining wing sections.

3Cut skin at small end of each wing section.

4Pull out one of the bones from section, having 2 bones; set aside.

5Preheat oven to 350°.

6In a small skillet, toast sesame seed over low heat until golden, stirring occasionally.

7In a small shallow bowl, combine toasted seed, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt and seasoned salt.

8Dip wing sections into half and half, then into breadcrumb mixture.

9Arrange in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

10Pour melted butter over chicken.

11Bake 45 to 55 minutes in preheated oven until tender.

12Makes 24 appetizer servings.
