Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag coconut
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 c. nuts (pecans)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks
  • 2/3 c. mini marshmallows
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Cook pineapple juice in top of double boiler until hot.

    Add sugar, salt, flour and eggs.

    Cook until thick.

    While cooking, cut pineapple chunks smaller and oranges.

    When dressing is cool, pour over fruit.

    Chill.

    Add whipping cream, coconut, marshmallows and pecans.

    Chill.
